Lol, the VERY first pose is the most advanced meditation posture that exists, the full lotus. Very few people have the flexibility to do this, especially beginners.

As a yoga instructor, I say this is not suitable for beginners. No modifications are given and also, in Cobra, she was compressing her lower back and neck flung backward. EEEK! The 2nd pose was a nice beginners pose, but again, no cues were offered to keep belly engaged, etc

So friends all can achieve anything but to keep you fit you must stay connected with these yoga's. it's not only yoga but is also an exercise. So pls do it continuously.

Are you serious some of this positions might take years of practice to achieve, if the video is focus for beginners just show something easy that people can do and start training with out hurt themself I am 47 and I suffer from sciatica and many people recomend me Yoga but when I see some of those posses i feel like a never will be able to do it if this is for begginers

Great! Clearly explained all the basic yoga poses. For pregnant women, yoga helps to increase flexibility, help with breathing control and keep relaxed and calm. I think for a pregnant woman it is not good to try yoga poses at Home. It is better to start the fitness routine after consulting Obstetrician. And better to undertake classes with specialists in prenatal exercises. Probably you can attend pregnancy fitness workshops conducting by fitness experts to have a healthy pregnancy. I saw many prenatal and postnatal videos on this site https://bit.ly/2v2XAX2 by fitness experts.

330 pounds my weight before I`ve used the yoga book "zamsoka space" (google it). I have sleep apnea and also high blood pressure. The material is straightforward to understand and it`s approachable as well. It really is such a gift to obtain this guide. .

Hi we appreciate the content you gave and some are nice. I think though that they are too complex for beginners. I got injured while doing one of this poses. U didn't give warnings on what to do before and after. Pls kindly take note of these details when writing beginners in a video because as you know beginners are novice and don't know the rules

Yes first yoga is not easy for beginners but in start you can sit normaly and first try with one leg uphold on other leg. When you become comfortable then you can cross your both legs. Because for adult it would be difficult for adults due to flexibility

I'm a wrestler in highschool who just started making it a challenge to keep up with kids who started at 4 but I managed to do very well, when I started I was 6"1' and couldn't touch my toes halfway past my shin, I met a pro trainer who recommended yoga, not only helping with chemical abuse that teens usually deal with but it also made me a better wrestler and a more easy going person i thought it was all bullshit but it has drastically improved my life, so even if there are poses you can't do there are some you can, eventually you will be able to do harder ones, this video is perfect for beginners at a young age
