I've been doing this workout for almost a week now and I love it since it doesn't stress me out like usual workouts. Yoga for me is to ease your mind and strengthen your body while at the same time easing your body as well from a tough day. I worked 7 hours today my body felt weak but yet I found myself doing this yoga workout because I need it for my mind as well. Now I'm dead tired and I'll be able to sleep really well hehe~ Sanela is also a great coach. I almost know this by heart but I always open this video up to do it together with her~ Staying consistent since a week let's see where this journey will take me :)
I am naturally not a sweaty person. I could do a high intensity workout and not sweat. Is this bad? I am 'feeling the burn' but I am not sweating

Very first time trying yoga at home after deciding sth to do with my body cuz' after giving birth my baby boo, my body is as same as my bundle of joy everyday... 😀 I found her and Sanela is my very first yoga virtual teacher. I started doing yoga about 2 weeks ago. I am 56 years old and have gained about 40lbs over the last 15 years. So I found a big space in my house and sat down determined to just get through one yoga video. I started a few other videos but just wasnt feeling it. Then I found you 😊. I just enjoyed your flow (just learning yoga lingo lol). I really felt it and felt amazing! I choose a random video of yours every day, and the last few days I am so intp it I have increased my yoga time from 20 minutes to 1 hour a day! My body is changing!!! I did yoga for many years when I was in my late teenager years but stopped due to socialising and boyfriend, gained SO much weight and now I came across your video and started again! I feel SO great. This video is incredible! It seems so easy, I hardly even exert any energy but you get results! My abs have been getting harder, and flatter and I only have done 4 days so far. I am not the type of person to comment on stuff normally, but I just think it's amazing that your don't have to feel incredibly sore afterwards to see results. If you don't think its doing anything the first day, keep doing it for a few days you will see changes. :) Thanks!!!

I started doing this, but I didn't sweat as much as I wanted to but it is less stressful comparared to other yoga workout that I've done before. I can feel my tummy and arms burning though which I like the most. We'll see where this journey will take me soon. Thank you so much for this video! :)

Thank you for doing this video. I have been wanting to do yoga for a long time and finally took the step towards wellness. I am following a diet plan that is plant and organic base however, it's an expensive diet so everything I eat is not always organic. This video definitely had me sweating within minutes of starting. Do you have a schedule to follow which video/excessive to do next? I am trying to accomplish all the things you mentioned to loose weight, strengthen muscles especially my back and stomach and spiritual finding peace. I have tried meditation and find it hard to concentrate. I think yoga could help with that. Looking forward to your response for this beginner!

Did this one time and have had intense joint pain (to the point of difficulty walking) ever since. Pretty sure one of these caused a meniscus or a bursa to get injured. My back and shoulders have been having issues too, but the knee is the worst because it's causing me to not be able to do my cardio.
