It might be because I am more or less completely new at this (only started yoga about two weeks ago), but I found it a little difficult to keep up with you in this video. I loved the new poses that really made me feel the tension and challenged my muscles, but I worry in changing so fast from pose to pose to keep up that I might risk either injuring myself or losing my focus.
