Sincerely i appreciate the video but i believe that it is too fast paced for a beginner. I could not keep up as i kept having to look at the video to understand what you were doing.

Really loved this, I've tried a couple of yoga videos which say they're for beginners and couldn't keep up which made me not enjoy it. I am so very happy I found you!!! I used to be quite flexible and pretty good at yoga. Then at the age of 55 I had both knees replaced. A few years later both shoulders, then lastly my right hip. Now my left hip is showing signs of the need for replacement. (I am now 65.) My range of motion has taken a nosedive. But this routine (although I would be able to do much better without these replacements) is one that I can handle. I am going to try to do it each morning. Eventually when I feel more confident I will look into your other videos. Thank you so so much! I also love the fact that it is just 20 minutes, which is doable for me in my busy mornings getting ready for work! Have you made other videos similar to this one?
I suppose I'm going to be in the minority here because I'm a guy.... but I want to work on my flexibility (I've dabbled in yoga before) and I found my flexibility so inadequate.... it was actually quite disheartening :(

I am a complete yoga beginner and this was too fast for me. It was wrong of me to try and keep up with her pace, now a few hours after doing everything she did in the video, my whole upper body hurts crazy. :/

Wow after a big crank workout, this is awesome the next day to relieve muscle tension especially obliques, shoulders, groin and thighs. Thanks. I noticed you also keep your arms straight through poses and pointed toes. This helps with arches of feet. amazing!!

At 11:38 I felt a pain in my shoulder and I had to stop, is there a possibility I did something weird like most beginners do? I've done this video like 4 times now and it's the first time. I'm not very flexible and I can get my hands just 20 cm above my lower back

I'm sorry but how are you supposed to focus when you look like that. Women just can't comprehend the priority that visual stimuli take in our brain. I just searched beginner yoga, curious about it, and I see her and my stomach gets in a knot. Tell me what are men supposed to do? The sexuality is obviously intentional to get youtube hits, now the only interest i have is looking through all the yoga videos to see the various women! And then women call us pigs when it's just programming in our brains and there's nothing that can be done. These girls know what they're doing too and it's on purpose, i think their #1 motivation is being visually desired, am i wrong?
