Really loved this, I've tried a couple of yoga videos which say they're for beginners and couldn't keep up which made me not enjoy it. At 11:38 I felt a pain in my shoulder and I had to stop, is there a possibility I did something weird like most beginners do? I've done this video like 4 times now and it's the first time. I'm not very flexible and I can get my hands just 20 cm above my lower back

Beautiful lesson. I was only wondering, that you make headrolls over the neck. I´d learn in yoga classes with professional teachers, that it´s for some people dangerous, to roll the head over the neck. Do you like to google:"The Fundamentals of Neck Positioning in Yoga"? and "How to Teach Safe Neck Stretches to Your Yoga Students"?

I am so very happy I found you!!! I used to be quite flexible and pretty good at yoga. Then at the age of 55 I had both knees replaced. A few years later both shoulders, then lastly my right hip. Now my left hip is showing signs of the need for replacement. (I am now 65.) My range of motion has taken a nosedive. But this routine (although I would be able to do much better without these replacements) is one that I can handle. I am going to try to do it each morning. Eventually when I feel more confident I will look into your other videos. Thank you so so much! I also love the fact that it is just 20 minutes, which is doable for me in my busy mornings getting ready for work! Have you made other videos similar to this one?

Hello beautifu! I'm loving your videos it's really getting me into yoga and helping me feel more confident about my body again. Would you be able to do another video like this? I feel like I'm slowing getting there as do this every day but your other videos are still a bit too much for me. Also could you maybe do a series where in each video the level intensity goes up each time? (you know like super easy, easy, medium, hard, expert) Think it'll give people a chance to practice for a couple of weeks before they move on? I think doing it at home without a teacher there to ask questions or help you along some of your video's are just too hard (not a complaint! Wow after a big crank workout, this is awesome the next day to relieve muscle tension especially obliques, shoulders, groin and thighs. Thanks. I noticed you also keep your arms straight through poses and pointed toes. This helps with arches of feet. amazing!!

Thank you! As an older woman, I came looking for a nice way to ease into yoga as a means to manage the healing of the bursitis in my right arm. After 2 days of this, My muscles are feeling really good. My arm reach is even more than last night! Feels so good!
